All prices are listed in GBP (£)
Prices may change at any time
Payment must be made in full at checkout

We accept secure payments through trusted payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Shopify Payments, Clearpay, Klarna).
We never store your card details.

We try our best to ensure all product descriptions, images and colours are accurate.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in lost parcels

Once proof of delivery is confirmed, we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

Key points:

You have 14 days to return full-price items
SALE items are credit note only within 7 days
Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt
Refunds may take up to 5 working days to show in your account
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
Items returned worn/damaged/marked will be refused

Pre-order items and payment plan items are non-refundable unless faulty.

7. Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
General wear & tear is not classed as a manufacturing fault.

8. Pre-Order Terms

By ordering pre-order items, you agree that:

Estimated arrival dates are approximate
Delays can occur due to production or shipping
Pre-order items are non-refundable unless faulty
Orders containing pre-order items ship together once everything is in stock

10. Discounts, Promotions & Gift Codes

Only one discount code can be used per order
Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed
Promotions may be withdrawn at any time
Gift codes are non-refundable

Losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
Delays due to third-party couriers
Items lost due to incorrect delivery addresses
Any indirect or consequential loss

Our liability is limited to the value of the items purchased.
