Returns Policy

At Fashion Unleashed, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isnโ€™t right, you are welcome to return it for a refund or credit note under the terms below.


๐Ÿ•’ Website Returns Timeframe

You have 14 days from the date your order is received (or first attempted delivery) to return your items.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • Unworn & unwashed

  • Odour-free

  • Free from makeup, tan, perfume or deodorant marks

  • With all labels & tags attached

  • In fully saleable condition (at our discretion)

Items not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned to you.


๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds & Credit Notes (Website Orders Only)

We offer:

  • Refunds on full-price website purchases returned within 14 days

  • Credit notes (valid for 12 months)

  • SALE website items: credit note only within 7 days

Refund Processing Times

  • Refunds processed within 3 working days of receiving your return

  • You will receive an email or text once processed

  • Refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear depending on your bank

Postage costs are non-refundable.


๐Ÿ›๏ธ Market Purchases (Greatie Market & Stanley Park Market)

Items purchased in person at:

  • Greatie Market

  • Stanley Park Market

are exchange or credit note only.
No refunds are issued for market purchases.
Items must still be returned in saleable condition.


๐Ÿ›๏ธ SALE Items

  • SALE items are non-refundable

  • They can be returned within 7 days for a credit note only

  • Returns received after 7 days cannot be accepted


โ— Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene & safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bodysuits

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • SALE items (refunds)

  • Pre-order items (unless faulty)

  • Payment plan items


๐Ÿ“ฎ Return Postage

  • Customer is responsible for return postage

  • Use a tracked service

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable

Free Delivery Orders

If your return brings the order total below the free delivery threshold, the delivery charge will be deducted.


๐Ÿงต Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the fault

We will assess and advise the next steps.
Wear & tear is not classed as a fault.

  • Order number

  • Items youโ€™re returning

  • Reason for return

We will issue your Returns Number and provide the correct address.
Please include your details inside your parcel so we can process it correctly.
